• Graphic Design: Includes, but is not limited to, logo design, branding, marketing materials, and digital graphics. The Client is responsible for providing all necessary content (e.g., text, images) and for proofreading and approving all final designs.
• Web Development: Includes, but is not limited to, website design, coding, content management system (CMS) setup, and maintenance. Peema.site is not responsible for the performance or compatibility of third-party plugins, software, or services used on the Client’s website.
• VA for Amazon: Includes, but is not limited to, product listing optimization, inventory management, customer service, and PPC campaign management. The Client is responsible for providing all necessary access and information, and for ensuring their business practices comply with Amazon’s policies.

3. Payment and Billing

All payments for services will be processed through the **SafePay Checkout** payment gateway. By making a purchase, you agree to SafePay’s terms and conditions. All prices are listed in your currency. A non-refundable deposit may be required before work begins. The remaining balance will be due upon project completion or at agreed-upon milestones. Invoices will be sent via email and are due upon receipt. A late fee may be applied to overdue payments, and deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is cancelled by the client, the client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the point of cancellation.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide timely feedback, content, and approvals as required to keep the project on schedule. The Client is responsible for the accuracy of all information and materials provided to Peema.site. The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that their business practices, website content, and products comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including data protection regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

• Client Content: The Client represents and warrants that they own or have the necessary rights to all content and materials provided to Peema.site for use in the project.
• Peema.site Ownership: Peema.site retains all intellectual property rights to any unused concepts, preliminary designs, or source code that were not included in the final deliverables.
• Transfer of Rights: Upon full and final payment, ownership of the final deliverables (e.g., website, logo files) will be transferred to the Client.
• Portfolio Use: Peema.site reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio, on its website, and in promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all sensitive business information, trade secrets, and proprietary data confidential during and after the project.

7. Limitation of Liability

Peema.site will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services, including the payment gateway, hosting providers, or Amazon’s platform policies.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of **Pakistan**. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through informal negotiation.
